In 2010, we were looking for a location between Geneva and Lausanne to relocate REGUS's European headquarters from Paris and establish a new business centre.

From the very beginning, our discussions with Nemaco reflected a genuine partnership, something we had not yet experienced to such an extent during our search in French-speaking Switzerland.

Eight years later, we remain just as convinced that we made the right choice and can confidently say that Nemaco has fulfilled all its promises. This applies both to the initial phase of the project, when the building was delivered on schedule and to the expected quality standards, and to the long term, with an excellent tenant-landlord relationship and an impeccably maintained business park.

Working with the NEMACO team in Nyon has been highly productive. Their architect, Dirk Wechseler, and their developer, Aubin Chaland, were extremely helpful and open throughout the development of our school building project. A genuine partnership was formed, with the shared goal of creating an exceptional school.

Deadlines were met, costs were kept within budget, and the quality of the materials and finishes is remarkable.
